Quick Start Program
Unique to R.C. Thornton Accounting Group is the Quick Start Program. From your first day you’ll learn about the firm, the processes we use, the importance of working as a team, and how to develop and refine your personal management and technical skills. We designed this program to ensure a smooth transition to your appointed clients and to give you sure footing within the firm.
You will learn in three months what it takes about one year to learn in other firms. We’ll even reward you with a learning bonus to recognize your achievement.
